Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FullFab. We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT/BST may be processed the following business day.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): From £3.99
Express Delivery (1–2 business days): From £6.99
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as sale events or public holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking first. Still having issues? Contact us at hello@fullfab.co.uk.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. FullFab is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you spot an error before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
